The Samsung SCH-R500 cellular phone features Bluetooth wireless technology, an MP3 player, a built-in camcorder and a microSD memory card slot – all within its rounded design.
With its built-in antenna, the sleek Samsung SCH-R500 slides easily into your pocket and fits nicely in your hand with no protruding edges. The 3.72” X 1.95” design makes your life a little less complicated as the phone features numerous functions in one device. The external 1.26” black and white is simple and effective. Further, with numerous changeable faceplates available for the SCH-R500, you can customize your phone as often as you want. Internally, the flip phone features a 2.12” 262K color display with 220 X 176 pixel resolution – making picture-taking and viewing a snap!
The SCH-R500 features a 1.3 megapixel camera for taking still pictures as well as a camcorder to film motion shots. Adjust brightness settings, color effects and photo quality with numerous adjustment options to attain the perfect photo. Additionally, the multi-shot function allows you to capture numerous snap shots with just one click.
With its embedded MP3 player, the SCH-R500 allows you to listen to quality digital music right from your phone’s external memory card as well as create and edit your own playlists. Aside from the additional external memory, the SCH-R500 comes equipped with 23 MB user memory and storage space to hold up to 500 phonebook entries.
With Bluetooth wireless technology, you can go hands-free with the SCH-R500 – and take advantage of the Bluetooth car kit or Bluetooth stereo mono headset. The standard battery allows up to 3.9 hours of talk time or 344 hours on standby.
